I attempted to purchase this belt and did not receive it, so I contacted customer service. I copied and pasted our conversation below. I have a family reunion coming up on July 9 for which I had hope I would have my waist training belt. However, I have not received any correspondence about the status of my order. I have tried on several occasions to check on the status of my order using the "track your order link but it always says out of stock, and the anticipated shipping date has not changed.
